MEL or Python books

Does anyone know of good MEL books for learning and/or reference? What about using Python with Maya too. Looking for something that will stand me in good stead beyond the basics. Thanks!

Thanks septopus, have you used pymel before? If so, would you recommend it?

I'm still looking for a good MEL or Python for Maya reference book, as something like that is always handy to flip through, look stuff up and highlight etc.

Found these on amazon:

Any thoughts?
