avi problems

Hi to all maya slaves out there

Im a beginner so pls be patient
I made an animation of a ball and text in Maya 7 and when I try rendering as avi the result doesnt look good at all i.e. it seems like all the frames are being played at the same time and there are like a thousand balls there and the same happens to the text too.

PLS smb help me out!

Mine did the same, yer follow gster123's link and ul be fine.
