Weight Problem
 

Dear people,
I AM A NEWBIE I made a model, every going good. rigged it good so far. bindded worked fine . weighted everything.
problem i went to test it arm worked but all the arms and hands on my model move but only the joints. so there's me rotating the arm then sudenly the joint pops up and every thing goes wrong. I'll give you link for the image of the problem
