Search on Google how to draw.

this one is good, and most tutorials are free, don't get intimidated by the standard of some users

the best advice is practice practice and practice again, drawing is a craft and from my experience has very little to do with talent, its about where you want to get.

another good place is www.drawspace.com

3DBuzz has some concept art videos, too.

Thanks for those other links, guys.

Don't mean to be unhelpful, but that's exactly how I learned to draw. I just sarched on Google for a while and just caught on. Youtube is a really good resource for vids too.

Hograth does excellent dynamic figure drawings guides.

If your a beginner drawing on the right side of the brain is superb too.
