i just threw in a hdri up in there was only intrested in the tires i didnt pay that much care to the environment

my first comment was refering to the tyres. they dont look like matte rubber, the treads look fine tho.

If you could post a pic of the tyres on their own that might help, as if thats the main aim of the render then it should be right in there as the cars providing a bit of a distraction.
They look ok, but seem a bit "blocky" to the extremities of the tyres. |
if you were focusing on the tires, i think i'd render... just the tires. screw the car, you wanna see how the tires look and the car just covers the tires and increases your render times.

yeah I think it's just the tires and the reflection on the car.. other than that.. very great:)
