not posted much in the past cuz i normally use max but i thought i would give modeling a car a go in maya..i watched the digital tutors video set and this is what i came out with...far from being finished yet but... here it is |

well you were way under, so it wasn't an exageration, or you would have been over. Just a technicality

lol it so doesnt need to be 149K polys. Lets see an unsmoothed wire cause I think that your large flat surfaces could be severly trimmed back in terms of polys. And in the render cars are not that reflective (they'd be a danger on the road if they were :)) I know it's a test render but still ;)
