How can i access User control panel?

I cant access the USER Control Panel from the main page. This is what i get:

This page down for maintenance and is expected to be back by 05-16-2003.

just click the "user cp" button on the forums page. The one on the main page is the site control panel.

I made the same mistake when i first wanted to use it a few months ago, took me about a week to work out why. :banghead:
