Linux trial??

With the release of Maya 2010 I can't find a Linux trial anywhere. I know you had to request one before, but can't find that page now. Anyone have ideas or did they completely do away with a Linux trial.
Thanks.

Its one the disks if I remember correctly in 64bit only.

You mean there's a trial for the Linux version on one of the disks that Maya comes on, or that there's a full Linux version bundled with it? Or that you request a disk?

If you buy Maya you get the disk that contains all the versions, Win 32/64, Mac 32, Linux 64, full versions.

I think that you also get a years subscription to any upgrades from autodesks site, which you can download any version.

You can also transfer the licence from one machine to another, even if you change OS, you need to contact autodesk.

Not too sure about the trial though.

Cool, thanks... yeah I checked the disc and sure enough it's bundled with all OS versions. Only problem is I don't want to lose my Windows installation... I wonder if you can install on one computer on two OSs?

If your disk is partitioned, it shouldn't be a problem.
