Good-looking clouds?

I've been experimenting a bit with creating clouds in maya. I've been making some planes and put a transparent cloud texture on them but it's not really looking as good and realistic as I want it to. The beginning of this clip shows a pretty nice cloud effect and I was wondering if someone knows how to achieve it:

Seems like something Maya Fluids could do.

thats a photo with some particles in front of it, or fluids as GecT said.
