ANYONE KNOW ANY TUTORIALS ON CREATING & RIGGING MUSCLE TO BONES

im trying to create a skeleton (which ive done) but now i want to create muscles (not really a problem)

But i want to know how to parent them or attach them so that they deform correctly when my character moves.

Ive tried blendshapes and set driven keys but this only works when either the muscle OR the bone is skinned NOT both.
