PIXAR DUDES!!! If you are serious about your animation or want to be, these guys are great. You get an insight to how each person works as well as interviews with Brad Bird, Pete Doctor and Ed Catmull (yes thats Catmull as in Catmull- Clarke Subd Surfaces, he also invented ZDepth and Bitmap texturing on 3d objects back in the 70s!!!)

Also has great links to other animator sites

I cant post up a link as I dont think its available, but you could download the trial version as it comes with it, but Motionbuilders help files are really really good at demoing and showing various animation techniques, even if ou cant do it in the software.

Well worth a look as its like a book in itself.

If you are serious about animation, or hope, these guys are great. You will get an understanding of each person's works, and how to interview Brad Bird, Pete and Ed Catmull doctors
