making .mov and .mpg files
 

can someone tell me how I take an animation or scene and make a movie file I can share with people? I really want to show some of the things I've done to other people. Please help.

Take a look at the Render Globals tutorial by mike (which I might add is FREE)....it explains a lot and gives you a link to a program that can make mov/mpg/etc if you don't have access to a aftereffects/shake/combustion/etc.....the video should help out a lot....but if you still need help post back here..take it easy
