can't asign shader to objekt
i have uvmaped an object and now there is imposible for me to
change shader. before i uvmaped it, i deleted the uv's. can that be the reason? But i have uv's now though i gets this messege: defaultNavigation -source lambert10 -destination |polySurface72|polySurfaceShape135.instObjGroups[0] -connectToExisting; // Error: Error while parsing arguments. // // Result: Dropped lambert10 onto polySurface72 // |
Have you tried reassigning the default shader to the object? I know in at least one case my shader network got messed up.
Deleting UV's before mapping is never really a good idea, whatever the case! :-) Not sure what the error means. If your material is just a plain Lambert, then something is probably wrong with your object. If it's a more complex shader (ie with bump maps, ramps, &c attached), then I'll wager it's your shader... Good luck! Carry on... |
