Trouble With Downloadable Character Rig
 

Hey Guys, i've just started learning Maya as I have a three week project (bouncing balls and character traits) I have been given the downloadable character for Maya (blue guy), hes got ik handles on the wrists but I just cant seem to bend his arm, if its straight out and I want to bend just the forearm I end up bending the entire arm itself, does anyone have any advice for this problem? would be very grateful......cheers

OK, instead of using the IK handle, try using the actual joint
