Hi can anyone tell me where can i download some car models for maya?

then i think you must search on google, but it s easier to search some .obj model and import them into maya because there isn t a lot of model around the web for maya.

Thx Cyrus but i'm not looking for aircrafts but automobiles! And you´r right it's a bit difficult to find models for Maya at the web, that´s because i made this post ;)

Hopefully as people upload our on-line collection will grow, however ATM its a bit poor :( sorry about this guys it will get better im sure.

hmmm.. can you wait a couple of weeks,, i will be uploading some models, i mean a lot of models up here... :)

i hope to be uploading some of my old ones if ne one is interested, but it will be a little while before I can get a chance to get around to going thru my old stuff. Thanks!

But, I probably won't be uploading any of my vehilces because most of them are still WIPs

I am currently building a 3d model site... and yep - you will have to pay there to :D

it will be more for companys who want models of a high quality and just want to get on with it...

Kev thats a good idea, I was also thinking about doing the same thing! There are a few sites like that now online. :)

yep all the gfx are just about done mate... got the domain so now just implementing some cool ideas for it.

There are some like it..turbosquid is one, but there is a lot of rubbish in there

only top quality ones will get in here and I dont think that we will take uploads for us to sell for people as if there is a prob ..you have to track the person down etc etc...

we will do also a custom design area where a person can ask for a sketch...then the model can be built up to there needs.. texture / no texture / rigged / not rigged etc..

Kurt and Mike are going to run the place so you know the quality will be good.
