3D or 2D character library

Hello-
Does anyone know of a good 3D character library to populate professional architectural illustrations? Anything with business people and construction workers a plus...need to pose them for stills only. Can't even find 2D..any suggestions?

Check Dosch... the make 2d still for this type of thing.
