I live in Canada, but throughout Canada AND THE US, lies a damn good bookstore knows as chapters, I found that maya fundimenals, when I took a glance at it my first words were "This is easy, though it would be an excellent resource for beginners".

Anyway, the website for chapters is

http://www.chapters.ca (I forgotton the us link, but there should be a regional link somewhere through out that site, but they DO take credit cards or cheques I beleive).

mtmckinley 13-09-2002 04:29 PM

This is probably not the best place to ask for that sort of thing... you risk being removed. :P Just a heads up...

Nem 14-09-2002 12:55 PM

For info - very low price for this seemingly popular book as listed on Amazon.co.uk:

Maya 4 Fundamentals
List Price: £34.99
Our Price: £17.49
You Save: £17.50 (50%)

What do people think of this - is it worth buying (compared to the "Instant Maya" user guide that comes with the software) ?

Nem 18-09-2002 10:55 PM

4 fundamentals is a very good book, i highly recommend it
