Scaling ruler?
 

I have been making some props for game use, and have been given an electronic 'ruler' to use as a guide. My question is seeing as there are several of us (some using Max some Maya) how can I import this ruler into Maya so that it is the same relative size to everyone else? do I assign a plane to a camera node and import it that way>?
