MEL Resources?

Hello!

Well I've tought about it and I've decided...

Since I got into Programming with Computers at first, and now that I like Maya so much, I've decided that I want to learn as much as I can about MEL (what's better than Programming and Maya in one? :D )

If anybody has any MEL resources that would be very helpful!

thanks!

Well, I'd normally jump in here and plug my book :) but since you're probably looking for something FREE you might check out Brian Ewert's online tutorials:

Great, i didn't know before. i just got the book yesterday and i am

The MEL script section on Highend3D is also a good resource. I've learned a lot just by downloading and reading through several of the scripts up there.

Also, in addition to Brian Ewert's article online there were some articles written by David Stripinis in some old issues of Game Developer magazine. Might be worth tracking those down at a good library...
