how do I kill this vertice
 

Hi guys,

How can I delete that vertice on the picture to make the mounth opened?

Merge all of it's surrounding faces, and cut out a new mouth:)

Or, just split the faces around the area you want your mouth to be, and delete the faces you don't want:)
