maya animation frame issue
 

Hi people! I'm new in Maya. So I decided to make a simple animation in Maya.I worked on my project for about 3-5 hours. Everything was fine before I click Playblast.. I dont know actually what happened but my hole animation frame are confused... If there's a way that can recover my animation or maybe can fix that issue please let me know! I need your help. Thank you. ( sorry for my bad English. I tried to explain it as well as I could. )
