Head WIP: need some feedback

I was working on this head for a while, but cant give it a proper look. Can you, please, look and tell me how to improve it?

from the side he looks ok. only maybe pull the nose higher - not the tip, but where the nose hits the skin above lips.

the other views look a bit off. the eyes are too small and too far apart, if you ask me. the cheeks are a bit too round - maybe squashing them in a bit would help.

but then you probably need search long enough and find exactly that head on a living human :p
