3D Printing - Interesting use!

One use for a 3D printer I never even thought about! Not that I recommend it

Dave :)

but what if you want to do the same thing?

sometime in the future 3D printers will get a malicious reputation and then some politician will want ban such things

Sometime in the future I think breathing in and out will be banned.

How DARE you vent your CO2 into our air?!

Pretty cool use of a 3d printer, IMO. Thieves are gettin' more and more shifty each year, will be cool when they figure out invisibility :P

It must be because I am getting old and my eye site is failing but the tiny picture is so small I cannot understand how it attaches to anything? It looks more like a card holder with a circular green blob at one end. The article talks about the geek factor and the "yellow paint covering up much of the details" but I don't even see anything yellow in the picture?

But I get the gist of it and it's brilliant! Evil, but brilliant!

okay I found a bigger picture but I still cannot see in my mind how it works or would attach to a atm?

That appears to be the type of ATM theyd be attached to, so I'm guessing they'd either just slip them on over the normal card reader, or pop out the old ones. If they popped out the normal one, they'd have to integrate the wiring, which I doubt they're doing :P
