A picture is worth a thousand words, right? :p

Also, in the tutorial, he used the curve in the front of the car and the curve where the hood meet the windshield as the "rail" curves, and then 3 curves from left to right to give the surface that bump.

Thank you very much!!! just another rookie question, almost embarrassed to ask it :)

How to get the curv touching each others end's? I try take one end vertex on one curve then press "c" for snap to curve but it wount snap to the other curve's end!

I must be doing something really wrong... but thanks again for the detailed answer it really helpt me understand the tool!

You have to press and hold "v" to snap to point, but first you have to be displaying curve points (they look like "x"). To do that just hold-right click on the curve to which you want to snap and chose "Edit Point". Then hold down "v", etc....

Even snap to point I could not succeed with! :o
It just snaps in the current curve not to others!

You are supposed to display the points in the curve that you want to snap "to". So first display the edit points in the curve that you don't want to move, and then while holding the shift key show the points on the second curve so you can select and move them.
