It looks like you're working with CPS, Jango. I'm just curious what your workflow is like and if you also use CPS when animating. Thanks!

No CPS here dude, just my favourite: SubD surface modelling.
As for my work flow, erm just start with a cube for the head, cut in the basic loops then convert back and forth from poly to sub D
to fine tune the head, then once Im happy with that save a lo res copy out to do blend shape later before a hi res Sub D to Poly conversion.

And the shirt starts out as a poly plane in the front view. I generally shape the shirt and delete the unused poly faces so you have like a flat cardboard cut out of the shirt, then I extrude the faces back twice for the depth and shape to fit, then cut in detail for seams and generic creases. Will post a screen at intervals for you if this isnt clear.

Have an Update too!!

Enjoy

Here you go

You couldnt get any simpler really I wouldnt think. Although you could use a cube but you'd have more verts to deal at the first stage which isnt really necessary. Hope this helps

Looking great as always. Also like the workflow tips. But, I think I like him better when he had the skeletal nose cavity... I'm just weird that way.
