cant wait to see it .... |
btw why Simply3DWorld?
Is LW, Max and Maya on one site? |
I'd say that you were not on the site when this was announced...
As far as I can remember, SL, SM and SMax are going to join forces, there are plans to include other software including zBRush, Photoshop to mention only 2. The original post (if I ever find it) details why and how Dave and the crew plan to do it. Yipee, after 2 ins ceasless searching I found it ... http://forum.simplymaya.com/showthre...highlight=Site For more details |
Aha thanks Ranside, i`m up to speed now.

Rdiculous marketing sceme
I am invited in an email to have a look at some tutorials for free, but when I log in following the thread I am told that I do not have enough points to watch the tutorials offered.
This is very irritating and frustrating and a shure way to make people turn from any decision to by the software. I have been pondering the possibility to purchase the software and upgrade from other less comlicated 3d software I have been working with. I was interessed to get to know the interface for evaluation, but there is no way to come close to any sensible info on this. No way to see the smallest bit of these tutorials. Why are you offering this in the first place? After many attemts I have said goodbye to this software or the possibilities to buy it. I got the feeling that you have something to hide or that you are just interessed in luring money of people. Plese quit sending me these bogus offers. |

Free tutorials In the section that says free tutorials sorry its a bit confusing. David |
Looks great! I'm sure i'll be one of them nerds who designs a layout for the site:P It looks great though. Can't wait to see it in action.
|
Ahhh, atlast ... it looks great so far! :)
I hope you were able to fix that user issue David ;) |
Looks great!
Can't wait to fiddle with things ;) |
Very nice!
I hope It'll be up and running soon... I need some help with ZBrush because it looks like ******* Chinese and unlike Maya (which looked that way too at first) It's got no support whatsoever (well, maybe just `good` support) BTW, I hope `our more nerdy members` know what they're doing... I wouldn't want them to ruin a so far good looking theme. Keep it up  Benny |
Sorry to bump this thread, but when will the site go online?
Look good from the first screenshot. :) |
Really looking forward to seeing this go live. Doubt I would of managed to get my head around Maya if it wasn't for this site.
Keep up the great work guys. |
