Kurt, hope you don't mind the slight title change. I thought it might be prudent.

Ok, I think I've got the robe pretty much done! Still got some details to add, but this is the general shape so far.

mtmckinley

the lady is looking fine!

- a how to do wrinkles tutorial would be appreciated by at least me! In fact an advanced cloth tutorial would be great - I've been thru all the material (no pun intended) i could find and really there's not much out there on cloth.

mtmckinley 05-02-2003 03:52 PM

Thanks, ereitz. :)

Well, I'm not using cloth in this project, though, so I'm wondering if a vid just going over how I'm doing the wrinkles with polygons would be wanted, or should one of the fellows with Unlimited do one on cloth instead.

hi
I like your vip idea about that mtmckinley ! it will be a great vip vids i think ;-)
and of course good modelling !!

Kevin 05-02-2003 04:47 PM

i think this is your finest work so far mike! awesome!

wchamlet 05-02-2003 05:14 PM

I like the model alot, well, I think she needs a little more clothes but that's my opinion. :D

The only thing that looks really odd with her is her shoulders, connecting to her back, there shouldn't be that much of a dent inside her body. If you feel your shoulder blade you'll see that it pretty much connects to the shoulder, and wouldn't have an indention like that unless it was pulled out of place.

All in all though the model looks awesome. Great job Matt.

mtmckinley 05-02-2003 05:28 PM

Yeah, great job, Matt! ;) :D

Thanks, wchamlet, I'll take a closer look at my reference. She's partially nekkid at the moment, but hopefully if I get the scene done, it'll make sense in context.

ereitz 05-02-2003 08:22 PM

a tutorial on wrinkles with polys would also interest me ;)

3djoe 05-02-2003 08:54 PM

Yea mike lets start that wrinkles tut:p

Great work:banana:
