New card I think next month as I cant work with this crap.

Well been powering on with the upper body as I cant redue the face without ref images - or a working fix

muscles look a bit toonie for now as I am basing this of the toy, changes will be made once the whole thing is blocked out a little more

OK restart.

I don`t know why but was starting to hate what I had done so I have rebuilt the face and I am a lot happier with it now. Going to remake the jaw and helmet so its a lot smoother next.

I think I was tiring to hard to make the toy, going my own way now and I`ll see what I end up with.

Had to get the neck in before tweaking the helmet and got a little carried away - nevermind

Yeah, this looks better. Especially on the topology front. Your previous torso's topology was a bit odd.

Keep at it.

You humble me....well you all do. Good start, yes it is looking much better.

wow, this is coming along pretty good man.

tweetytunes 18-08-2010 09:25 AM

Cheers guys.

Yer Mayaniac It was heavily based on the toy and was why I started again. Going to make him a much more BEEFY and more teck-no version of him (some of thee teck of his arm looks really old)

Still struggling with the Jaw shape - ruffing some idea out but so far nothing I like.

Day off today so hoping to get loads done - here is some work on the arms. Copied them over for now as I am not sure how much I am going to cut off.

Good work so far Tweety.

Looking forward to the development of this.

Liking this over sized jaw look - just need to tweak it in places and then I think I have a winner.

OK think the head is done for now - just need to do inner mouth.

1) Changed the helmet so it much simplifier than before but yet looks better.

2) Added a metal rim to the edge of the upper lips - just to show how the lips are supported in the upper part.

3) Placed the cheeks slightly over the mouth cogs but when smoothed it became a little lost - will sort it out after.
