Hmmm, it happened again to me and the soft modification tool did not resolve the problem... :blush:

It was the history standing off. I have put it back on from the Status Line and it went back.

I found an workaround on the web. If I resize the picture smaller in ACDSee, no matter witch size even 1 pixel difference is enough. The image plane will be displayed correct :alien: .

Remove all image planes from the default orthografic viewports. Create an second orthografic viewport for each like side1, front1 and Top1. Import the images in the new created viewports. Switch back...

Hello, I bought a Asus geforce fx6800. Now i get in Maya 7 corrupted Image planes.

I had the same problem; somehow I have selected the soft modification tool. I selected the Mesh, went to the Hypergraph editor and deleted the soft modification node.

After that my transform tool...
