I made this in my spare time, with no hurries, and it took nearly 4 months(with a lot of breaks). She's fully rigged and textured.

I still think a Lamborghini Diablo may be a little too hard, try something with simpler shapes such as VW Golf, Audi TT, 350Z or a BMW from 1994-1998, since they are pretty squared.

You may want to keep some edges as hard to define the shape more, and avoid smoothing errors such as the one near the front wheel.

To smooth the edges go to Edit Polygon > Normals > Soften/Hard. Click the square and choose a value higher than 90.

The UV Map looks good you could still resize the part that's in the right corner(the part underneath the car I think). You could also smooth the edges.

Looks good, but try to keep poly distribution a bit better, it seems to me that you have some parts a lot more heavy than the others. It may give you some problems later on when smoothing.
