Good effort so far!

Regarding the model itself, bear's ears are generaly shorter that and more wider. Also the face comes to too much of a point and the nose looks a bit odd.

I think it'll be because you haven't dragged the vertex point that comes from the corner of the eye back a little and it's too far away along the z axis from the point next to it, so it's stretching...

Having a little trouble watching this video, the video itself is running at about 4x normal speed where as the audio is normal so it's hard to follow it (even though it's only 5 mins~ long).
