I had the lattive deformer on and i did undo which might have distrubed the operation and the model got disappeared and i got the message disfunctional operation . But then i close the file and tried...

thanks i did understood what u said but is there any way to select only legs with the deform lattice. i selected the face and clicked on deform lattice but it requires the whole object. So wondering...
