I sloved the problem. I open the Tool Settings....Turn off Tweak Mode.. I was so easy to do. But I dont remember before I turned on it.. Actually I dont know What is the Tweak Mode =)

When I click on Rotate and Scale tool I have not any problem but When I want to use Move tool I cant see any control on object.
