still stiff as the torso stays very straght. there should be some counter motion between hips and shoulders. The following link explains better than I can....

Suggest bumping the textuer in the mouth interior as well. Looks a little too smooth imo.

Vlad, good to see you moving on to animation. I think you're missing some movement in the shoulders though. But I know you'll be kicking a** shortly in animation, so I'm not overly concerned.

In the tool options, ensure "keep faces together" is turned on. you will need to redo the extrusion though.
