I would also just say that for people posting in the wips....post if you're really interested in an honest critique. Don't just fish for compliments to get a little ego stroking out of it. There are tons of 3D artist on the web....look at their work....look at your own....do you see a major difference? WIPs are good if you're stuck on a particular issue while modeling....folks can help you overcome the hurdles so you can continue. My point is, you should take a good hard look at your models and do an honest self-evaluation before asking for critiques.
