Dave, Some of the problems ive seen have been people ripping apart someones model, which although tells them what they need to work on. They dont do it as eloquently as they could. And usually neglect anything positive in the model, giving the person an idea that they should scrap the project and move on to something else. More people need to see that showing someone what they are doing right can help them almost as much as showing them what they are doing wrong.
