TD: There's a right way and a wrong way to tell someone their work isnt up to par. When it comes to the wrong way, if we see it, we deal with it. Like I said, take a look at who's making those comments. Generally it's going to be a newcomer who just wants to stir up some trouble. We;ve had comments like that since the beginning, and while we try to curb it, we just can't simply make it stop. We have no control over that. But like I said, as we see it, we deal with it.

More people need to see that showing someone what they are doing right can help them almost as much as showing them what they are doing wrong.

If all you are is a "YES" man, then no one will ever see their faults. While it's good to tell someone they did a good job, it's not always necessary. And, it's not always good to only tell them they did a good job. If they think they did a great job on everything and no one tells them otherwise, then they won't improve. You can't fix it if you don't know it's broke. Know what I mean? user added image
