Maybe its just me but... I think the bump maps in the right wall and the floor are inverted; in the sense that where there should be a ridge going in (between the rock bricks for example) the bump is going out. That is of course if those bumps are suposed to be what I think they are (the left wall does seem to have ridges going down, that's why I thought that), but maybe that's what you were trying to do, I don't know...

By the way, that's a pretty cool crow you have there. Did you made it all by yourself? Wow, after only two weeks? Impressive.
