thanks for all the replies, I've been stuck on the seems a while and I've also been working on another character for my character animation class, so I decided to try and make the muscles under the skin and all that, like in JP3, I just finished making the muscles (see attached picture) but I'm not entirely sure how to make them work like in JP3, what with the soft bodies and all, any help in this regard would be much appreciated
