Hello everyone!!
I was browsing the net,.. reading tutorials such as Mental Ray Final Gathering, and while reading and trying to make something of it, I found out that I don't have a 'mental ray' and 'Photon Attributes' tabs under my blinn material..... the one on the picture..

... opposing to what I have.... \/ \/(see the amage I attached.. )

...please tell me what should i do about it,.. is it free?.. can I download it somewhere?.. is it a plug-in?,. (if it is,.. I can't find it on Alias website )
