its not 100 - 200 $ but rather 100 - 200 - ... that means something like infinte depending on the model qualitiy. i wouldn´t pay 500 $ for a low-poly real-time model

i now found a larger model archive (www.turbosquid.com). there are nice models, but sometimes i just don´t like their faces.

i need a model with nice shape and detailed hand and toes / foot - face should be nice but doesn´t have to be too detailed. full rigged means only some bones to make a wake-cycle - don´t need any facial expressions.

EDIT: Well, considering there is no more time to loose ... i would take a rather low-poly one to, like that one for exampel:
