For the armour, it should be a mix and match of discarded looking armour, thats dented. I think the orc might look better if he were more wirey, and less buff, but thats just personal taste.

I think the helmet should be a rams skull that covers the top of the head, having his eyes look through the eye sockets of the ram skull, with curled hornes on the sides.
