Wow pony, going even better than I thought And you still have more than 19 days! One thing I'm wondering though, could you post a top view of the tailpiece and a closeup on the head (not sure if you've finished those yet roughly though..).
This because it does not have the exact charm factor that your drawing has... perhaps something to do with the eye(s)?
