I deleted the inner face if that's what you mean (Please see new picture). But it still curve at the bottom in the subdivision mode.

Should I work back and forth between poly and smooth when making the head like this lightwave tutorial: https://www.highend3d.com/global/tuto...model/page4.3d

Any more advice is really appreciated.
