Good idea to have history on for this.

make a NURBS circle, to the outside diamiter that you want the wire to be. If your not sure yet you can change this after you have the wire to get a good fit.

Create > NURBS Primitives > Circle


now make a curve for that to be extruded along, (The extruding will come in just a second) I normaly create the curve in like the front view, like for a wire that gose along the arm. make the cirve falow the arm, have 2 or 3 cv points for each tern it takes, this makes sure there is enufe direction information to keep the tube from kinking up. In the side view I thin just pull the CV's out to match where they should be on the arm.

Create > CV curve tool


now that thoughs are made, select the NURBS circle. Thin shift select the curve also. Extrude.

Surfaces > Extrude ' be sure to click the box so you can set the options like the ones you see below.
