I likes me a girl who can beat me in arm wrasslin' !

It doesn't look off to me. Plus its just a sketch. Maybe the top half of her upper arm looks larger but I just assumed she was holding her arms in close to her body and so pressing them out a bit.

I personally like larger hands on character drawings. I dunno why, I just do.

Very nice work, Kurt. I think she would make a very sweet model and dramatically lit render.
