Yeah, I think the lower arm is what is making the arm look too masculine as well as the hand. The upper arm looks fine to me, though: just maybe thin down the lower arm, and make the wrist thinner as well. Also, the hand could be just slightly smaller and not so round and robust - women like myself tend to have smaller hands than that. :p Awesome sketch otherwise, Kurt!
