Hi everyone.. First post so be nice...

I know nothing about 3d software. That being said. I would like to create a simple animation involving bones.. i.e: a knee joint which bends and then straightens.

Please direct me in what software i need to do this. And any tutorials... However i am reading a few in the newbie section.
