Well, personally I don't think there's any major difference between GeForce and Quadro except for Render Time and hardware rendering. I did hardware particles on my GeForce ... good GOD was that "fun" Personally I'm thinking of getting my GeForce FX 5700 Ultra hardmodded to a Quadro FX 1100 Ultra. Warrenty's up and I personally don't see the difference between it and putting a tank of NOX in a car... not illegal o.o

Maybe for commercial purposes -- but I'm a hobbyist... and a cheap one at that :b Aparently for my specific card -- the difference is 1 pair of pins being soddered in a GeForce, and the two beside it soddered in a Quadro. Break the sodder of #1/2 and Sodder #3/4 -- swap the BIOSes -- reload the drivers.
