Here are two possible options depending on what effect you need.

For just a simple arc, the non-linear deformer should work well (top curve).

If it has to follow path thats a little more complicted. Attach the text to a motion path then create a flow path out that. On the flow, path, make sure the lattice follows the curve (bottom curve).
